"The packaging around this serum is great. The capsules are easy to open, and actually have enough serum in them to cover face and neck. This is a silicone based serum, so the feel is not like a typical watery serum, and you have to apply is last (before moisturizer). I don’t mind the finish of the serum, but the plumping promise wasn’t as strong as I’d prefer. I will finish the bottle to see if there are long term benefits."
