"I placed an order worth around $200 but never received my package. Elizabeth Arden and FedEx keep passing the buck to each other. I repeatedly requested the delivery photo as proof of delivery, but neither side would provide it. When I asked Elizabeth Arden to investigate this missing package, they simply repeated FedEx’s claim that the item was delivered, without any supporting photo evidence. Without this delivery photo, even the police cannot help the apartment pull surveillance footage to verify what happened. It seems the consumer has to bear the entire loss alone. I am extremely disappointed with this customer service experience. I have wasted so much of my time dealing with this issue and will never shop here again."
