"Love the moisturizer but the paint on the bottle chips off. I contacted product support on 2/4/2026 about this as a piece of it got in my eye. I sent pictures and lot numbers etc. I was to receive a mailer to return them. I have not received anything to date. I contacted again on 2/18/26 and was told I’d have it in a week. Not holding my breath that I get it tomorrow. I also bought the eye cream. It does the same thing. So now I’m not only out the money I spent, I can’t use the product either. I was also not offered any compensation. Not even a coupon off my next purchase. I have been using Elizabeth Arden for years but unfortunately I will have to find a better product with a hopefully better product support."
