"The capsules come half-full; there is hardly any product, and it is dried out. I have been using this for years, and this is the first time I have been disappointed with the product quality; I have to use two capsules to cover my entire face and neck, whereas one used to be enough. To top it off, the tube you sent me expired on July 16, 2026. I demand a refund or a new, unexpired container of capsules!"

"The Elizabeth Arden gold capsules have work extremely well providing me with a beautifying dewy looking skin. I’m in my 50’s and I appreciate a product that lasts and comes on greasy but it’s quickly absorb by my skin leaving soft and luminous. The best part is you can take anywhere is portable, doesn’t have a scent and a little goes a long way. I applied it on my face, neck and hands. "The serum is liquid form, I guess it is water based. It does have light fishy smell. You just twist the cap to tear off and get the serum on your face and neck. The serum in each capsule is more enough to apply and cover my face, neck, or even hands. After applying, it leaves your skin little sticky. That is required moisturizer to cover and hydrate skin. I have only used a couple capsules so I am waiting to see the effectiveness."
