Very disappointed

"I have bought this exfoliating cleanser for years and found it beautiful at gently exfoliating my skin that I could use it every day. But for some reason the last tube I purchased was nothing like the formula I was used too. There was no exfoliating properties in it, it had the consistency of a moisturiser and just sat on the skin , in fact it did not feel like it was totally removed even after washing it off with a cleansing cloth and water , there felt it had left a residual layer which the previous tubes never did. Unfortunately I will not be repurchasing this product and will have to dispose the full tube I recently purchased and look for an alternative exfoliating cleanser, that actually contains exfoliating particles. I would not recommend this to anyone who is expecting an exfoliating cleanser as this definitely doesn’t exfoliate, I’m very disappointed :("
